Identifying Patients

For the majority of medical plans administered by Global Excel please refer to our logo on the back left hand corner of the identification card with one of our toll free numbers to call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Once notified by the hospital, admission forms are sent directly to the admitting department.

For those clients who do not carry our identification cards, Global Excel is usually notified by the policyholder's insurance carrier's assistance company. Global Excel then notifies the admitting department of admission either during the patient’s stay or retroactively. The regular admission forms are then faxed. We also contact the business office directly to communicate our US billing address.
