Should you not be connected through Emdeon, but are connected to another clearinghouse, please contact your clearinghouse account manager to ensure a connection is established with Emdeon, at which point the transfer can occur with our identification, GEM01.
Should you not be connected with a clearinghouse or electronically, please submit your claims through the mail. If an EDI connection is of interest please contact Emdeon for further information; http://www.emdeon.com/providers/
