Highly skilled account managers assist our clients through every stage of the business process. Each client is assigned a unique account manager who is responsible for managing all aspects of the customers account, from client implementation through to the delivery of monthly and annual reports. The account manager acts as an internal and external subject matter expert in order to optimize client satisfaction, ensuring that excellent customer satisfaction continues to be delivered after the sales contract is signed.
