Customer Contact Centre

Global Excel Management operates two complete, multilingual call centres staffed by a team of fully trained professionals. Customer satisfaction is our primary concern at Global Excel, and as a result our call centres are completely owned and operated by Global Excel. Having our call centres in-house allows Global Excel to ensure the highest quality and security standards. All call centre personnel must undergo an extensive training program before taking live calls and compulsory refresher courses are conducted on a regular basis. In addition, Global Excel has a complete disaster recovery plan (DRP) which ensures call centre availability in the event of catastrophic events.
