Global Excel Management employs a dedicated team of experts who specialize in the legal recovery of funds. The recovery team is lead by full-time solicitors and is supplemented by a legal network assembled throughout the Americas to assist policyholders in need of local representation. The recovery team reviews claims where a potential for recovery of funds might occur. Historically, this team has managed to recover 10% of claims paid, nearly doubling the industry norm of between 5% and 6%.

The team receives special in-house training to detect potential fraud and misrepresentation. Keeping our partners’ best interests in mind has made us one of the strongest assistance-based providers offering recovery services in North America.
