Global Excel Management (GEM) was founded in 1996 to provide assistance, case management, cost containment, and claims services. An interdisciplinary staff of case managers and nurses, headed by our medical director, work closely with our cost containment team.

They coordinate treatment options to determine the most appropriate course of action from both a medical and financial perspective.
